This is a one year Industrial Placement starting on 4th September 2023. To be eligible for this programme you must be currently studying at University and undertaking a one year industrial placement as part of your course.

Key Responsibilities
- As the Finance Assistant you will support the Finance Team at month-end by performing data extraction and other projects as required
- Assist other members in the Finance Team to ensure that all invoices and postings are correctly coded within the General Ledger
- Providing aspects of the business with ad hoc pieces of analysis work as and when required
- Provide support to the wider finance team as and when required
- Support to Accounts Payable by ensuring all invoices/expenses and other documentation correctly filed on an ongoing basis
- Assist in the upkeep of supplier details within the Accounts payable system
- Develop relationships with key suppliers and be able to answer queries autonomously
- Project support to the Finance Team across audit, business partnering and systems improvement
- Working with our systems, processes and reporting platforms to support business performance and day to day management
- Take responsibility for our office admin tasks
