SUMMARY
As Finance & Business Analyst you will be part of the financial department of Edenred UK.
You will conduct financial analyses related to company’s day to day activities and you will also be involved in supporting some strategic projects with long-term impacts. You will be in charge of the sales analysis, the follow up of various KPI across activities and you will contribute to
the reporting, budget and forecast preparation to the head office.
As someone with experience of 2 – 3 years, this position offers a great opportunity to grow into a business or financial manager with excellent knowledge of international accounting, reporting and financial analysis. As you develop in your role, you will be given more autonomy and more challenges. The more the company grows, the more financial controlling will be a focus.
MAIN DUTIES
- Sales analysis and performances
- Participate to the preparation of the monthly business review presented to the Head office and Edenred UK’s direction committees
- Main financial aggregates analysis
- Revenue analysis: evolution, split of customers, portfolio analysis
- Cost of Sales analysis: evolution and optimisation
ANNUAL BUDGET AND LONG TERM STRATEGIC PLAN
- Help to establish and monitor the annual budget and its adjustments (3 times a year)
- Communicate effectively our budget and forecasts to the operational teams
- Prepare the annual budget presentation
- Participate to the 3-year strategic plan (once a year)
AD-HOC ANALYSIS
- Collect and follow various KPIs, across activities, to analyse performance and report to headquarters
- Support in building new pricing strategies and product rationalization
- Support in cross-functional projects: budget follow-up, IT investment follow-up
- Support the sales and marketing teams by providing a financial view on their projects
- Assessment of new products/new models
SKILLS
- Strong academic background in Finance and Economics
- Excel and Powerpoint
- English fluent
- One first Experience in FP&A is required (2-3 years)

- Location: Pimlico, London (with up to 2 days/week working from home)
