Graduate trainee opportunities – Finance

Diligenta delivers a wide range of services including Customer Services, IT and Change Management to major players in the life and pensions industry and its focus on transforming operations and delighting customers for our clients, with migration of policies onto our industry-leading BaNCS platform as our unique selling point.

The graduate programme lasts up to 36 months and sits within Diligenta’s Change and Transformation functions. They are fantastic opportunities for graduates looking to break into the sector. The locations for the graduate placements are our Bristol and PeterboroughOffices.
Within the role you will:
· Work on challenging projects with real business impact.
· Develop skills in business analysis, finance and general project management.
· Work with a designated mentor.
· Benefit from the skills and capabilities of the global parent company, TCS.
· Receive in-house training on systems, processes, and core brand values.
· Work with INSTEP who will support you in gaining a nationally recognised L7 Accounting and Tax Professional qualification (ACCA).
The ideal candidate will have:
· Degree (2:2 or higher), obtained in the last three years.
· High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
· Digitally savvy.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Passion and desire for analysis.
· Resilient with the ability to work under pressure, managing own time to meet tight deadlines.
· Ability to work in a team as well as independently.
· An interest in or experience of Accounting & Finance.
In return you will receive:
· Starting salary of £27,000
