Are you a Finance Business Partner who is looking to work with multiple key stakeholders to drive future cash generation? Are you able to build credible, productive partnerships primarily with the programme & engineering teams ensuring that the strategic business objects are met through proactive finance business partnering? WHAT TO EXPECT
- Deliver finance solutions to support the strategic direction of the business while ensuring the Finance strategy/approach is aligned across the business unit.
- Support the Functional Managers to achieve short and long-term strategic objectives by delivering plans and initiatives through Finance Business Partnering
- Calculate finance sensitivities understanding key value levers and use financial analytics to identify opportunities to improve business performance.
- Cross functional working with the wider finance community to deliver finance strategies / initiatives.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Demonstrate sound financial and commercial business insight
- Introduce new and innovative practices/processes in support of strategic business goals.
- Be curiously analytical, with strong numerical and communication skills that can translate into visual and easily understood financial presentations to inform and aid the commercial and operations teams to make sound business decisions.
