The global Deal Structuring and Pricing (DSP) organisation is passionate about enabling Accenture’s sustainable, profitable growth agenda across a spectrum of large and complex commercial engagements. The Accenture business depends on our team to bring commercial and financial accuracy to all such opportunities. The team has approximately 1000 people (c.60 in UKI) and operates as one distributed team with a high profile across the business.
The sits within Client Transaction Services (CTS) team in DSP. The CTS team interact with senior leadership on deal structuring activities, applying commercial and financial skills to create compelling cases and financial value propositions for Accenture and their clients. The CTS team are responsible for establishing financial estimates for the largest and most complex sales opportunities, ensuring that deals are structured, priced and costed appropriately and aligned with US GAAP principles to support Accenture business decisions.

Main Responsibilities:
Shaping deals
Handling sensitive analysis of project viability, operational performance levels and pricing whilst being fully integrated with sales, solutions architects and commercial/legal teams.
Financial Support
Working together with business development team during discussions, ensuring on-going analysis of the deal structure and the financial and operational risk to ensure the interdependent Client and Accenture Case yield mutually beneficial results from the commercial arrangement between the parties.
Sharing insight into handling cash, capital and profitability as well as US GAAP compliance and controls risk.
Strategic and Business Insight
Understanding the strategic goals and direction of the business and being able to apply these in deal activity to drive growth and respond to evolving market needs.
We are looking for experience in the following skills:
Degree educated (2.1 or higher). A finance-specific degree is not vital – many members of the team have non-finance degrees - but a demonstrable passion in pursuing a career in finance is crucial.
The position is an entry level role to the CTS team and is suitable for those who are part-qualified accountants (CIMA/ACCA) and those yet to commence their accounting qualification. All CTTS analysts are expected to study towards an accounting qualification and the training for that is fully funded with appropriate time-off for study and bonuses for progression.

Out of town work in-country and internationally can sometimes be a feature of this role.
