Role purpose
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Finance Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. The Finance Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities to drive informed decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, possesses strong analytical skills, and has a deep understanding of financial principles and practices.
Role responsibilities include, but not limited to –
· Perform financial analysis to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes.
· Compile and analyse financial data, identifying trends, and providing insights to management.
· Develop and maintain financial models to assess company performance and evaluate potential investments.
· Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular financial reports for management review.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and provide financial insights for business initiatives.
· Assist in the preparation of financial presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
· Conduct variance analysis to explain budget vs. actual performance and recommend corrective actions.
· Support the annual audit process by providing relevant financial information and documentation.
· Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and accuracy.
· Participate in special projects and ad-hoc analyses as assigned by the Head of Finance, Europe and Senior Finance Manager, Europe.
This is a full-time position operating with a hybrid working pattern.
What we are looking for

· Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Master's degree or professional certification (e.g. CA, CFA, CPA).
· Proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis using tools such as Microsoft Excel, financial software, and ERP systems (e.g. NetSuite).
· Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings to non-financial stakeholders.
· Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and strong organizational skills.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
· Knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations.
· Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
