We’re still a new player in the UK market place, but we’ve been around for a while waiting for the right time to bring our fried chicken, burgers, pies and joyful energy to England, Wales and Scotland.
Whether you are at our flagship UK restaurant in central London, collecting Jolly Spaghetti at our first US drive-thru in New Jersey, dropping in for some much craved Chickenjoy in Dubai Mall or picking up a Yumburger at one of our original restaurants in Metro Manila- you’ll soon see that the spirit of fun and family runs through our entire teams. We put in the care and attention to ensuring each of our guest’s have a great experience and delicious food, but it all starts with having the right people in the right place with the right attitude.

Who We Are Looking For:
Insightful advisor. Individual who provides strategic partnership in developing and providing financial guidance to key stakeholders
Accuracy-oriented lead. Providing direct oversight of processes and results, and ensures accurate and timely completion of projections, forecasts or reporting
Effective communicators. Individual who can interpret information clearly and accurately to concisely communicate results and recommendations to stakeholders, senior management, and their teams
Key Role Objectives:
- Effective financial partnership to Jollibee UK leadership team and other key stakeholders – providing financial insights, business analysis, and value-added reporting on the company’s financial results
- Lead the company’s financial 5-year strategic plan, annual budget and monthly forecasts
- Participates in driving solutions to key analytical, strategic and business challenges
- Continuous improvement mindset to lead and/or support procedural and systemic improvements related to reporting, analysis and internal controls
- Establish and leverage key relationships throughout various levels of the organization
- Management of month-end, quarter-end and year-end reporting processes
- Lead and support key projects
Major responsibilities:
1. Reporting & Business Planning
- Manage Financial Planning & Reporting Process, including monthly forecasts, annual budget and Strategic Planning
- Provide business analysis of monthly results (P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash flow), including reporting on other business performance metrics
- Monitor and analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including revenue, cost of sales, expenses, capital expenditures and cash flows
- Produce value adding reports and analysis to management and business leaders
- Prepare presentations to JB UK & EMEAA regional leadership teams
2. Business Partnering
- Develop financial models and simulate box economics models to support strategic initiatives
- Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes
3. Process Management & Improvements
- Identify and execute improvements to the planning and reporting processes
- Propose and develop new planning solutions
- Establish structured communications with management and markets
- Improve performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies
Qualification: (educational background, experiences and other basic requirements)
1. Education requirement: Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field required
2. Minimum 3 – 4 years working experiences in pure FP&A role, experience in other finance role (i.e. Accounting, Audit, Treasury) is a plus but not required
3. Professional Accounting Qualifications such as CPA, Chartered Accountant or MBA is a plus but not required
4. Strong understanding of UK Accounting Standards and/or IFRS required
5. Excellent analytical, technical, financial modelling and presentation skills
6. Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
7. Extremely detail-oriented and organized
8. Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision
9. Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, changing environment
Our HQ is in Central London so we'd need for you to be prepared to work from Central Support 2-3 times per week with the option to work from home for the rest of the work week.
