From commercial finance to procurement, from financial operations to tax, the Finance team at Dunelm works with leaders and colleagues across the organisation, providing expert advice, identifying improvements and supporting key business decisions.

Over three years you’ll:
- Play a key role in a range of finance areas including financial accounts and commercial trading
- Get involved in all kind of projects, often working with other areas of the business
- Build strong working relationships with people across the organisation and learn how different areas of the business really work
- Dive into leadership workshops and development programmes that’ll shape you into a future leader
- Study and work towards a professional qualification with support from a CIMA / ACCA mentor
