Our Head Office is based just outside of Ipswich, but we operate throughout the UK with the majority of our roles supported by remote working.


We are currently recruiting for a Finance Administrator to join our busy Finance Team at our Head Office based in Little Blakenham. We are a vibrant and dynamic finance team of 10 people, operating from our head office site at Little Blakenham in Suffolk and remotely.



Position:

Duties as part of the team will include:


  • Authorisation of purchase invoices received from our Network of clinical providers
  • Raising and processing of weekly and monthly sales invoices to our clients
  • Communication with IPRS Operations Team to ensure continuous improvements to the efficiency of the process of invoice authorisation
  • Building up a relationship with our Network Providers in order to improve accuracy within invoice submissions
  • Production and maintenance of detailed process flow documents
  • Participation in the team telephone rota, to include taking payment of excesses by credit card
  • Other general financial administrative duties as necessary to maintain the smooth-running of the department.


Requirements:

The successful candidate will be able to work to strict monthly deadlines and should demonstrate excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and a high attention to detail to ensure accuracy when dealing with volume transactions. Experience of Access Dimensions (or a similar accounting package) is desirable but not essential for the right candidate.
