Job Description: As a Part-Time Finance Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of our organization. You will be responsible for various finance-related tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial transactions. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements.
- Assist in payroll processing and maintain employee records.
- Monitor and manage petty cash.
- Support the Finance team in financial reporting and analysis.
- Assist with budget tracking and forecasting.
- Handle general administrative tasks related to finance.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a finance or accounting role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of financial principles and terminology.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Flexibility to work Monday - Wednesday each week.
