In our team you will learn:

  • How to deliver Salesforce (and Field Service) at scale, to deliver measurable client value in some of the most dynamic and challenging environments

As a Salesforce Practitioner in Accenture, you will be -

  • Leading operations and business process change over service design, discovery or strategy pieces of work that feed into delivery with a field service specific focus, also bringing knowledge of wider salesforce offerings and licenses.
  • You will be focused on driving value through building processes that align to the capabilities in Salesforce (i.e. out of the box) and will also consider the organisational impact of the change.
  • Understand our clients’ needs and participate in selling our proposed solutions to our clients
  • Work as part of an integrated Accenture and client team, defining, designing, delivering and deploying leading Salesforce Field Service based solutions to our clients
  • Will be involved in driving pre-sales activities within the Salesforce Business Group around the core Salesforce offerings for a particular Industry or business process.
  • Develop your Leadership and consulting skills whilst delivering Salesforce at scale, to deliver measurable client value in some of the most dynamic and challenging environments

We are looking for experience in the following skills:

  • You will have a deep understanding of the Industry and its challenges and of the value output of multiple Salesforce Cloud offerings.
  • Experience in working with clients to understand their business and technology requirements through 1:1 meetings and workshops
  • Understand how using Salesforce drives value levers for the business.
  • Understanding of how Salesforce Field Service can meet the business and IT needs with out-of-the-box platform features
  • Hands-on experience architecting, designing, building and delivering integrated solutions based on Salesforce Field Service and leading ecosystem products
  • Ability to create and communicate Salesforce Field Service solution architectures, solution designs and requirements using personas, customer journeys and user stories
  • Experience of working in a pre-sales cycle (high level estimates, RFPs, orals), especially with tight deadlines
  • Owning client business and IT engagement, including facilitating workshops throughout all project phases
  • Experience in supporting clients in making platform and solution decisions and obtaining solution signoff

  • Functional expertise & experience using the Salesforce Field Service, either as a consultant or end user
  • Experience in implementing Field Service solutions in Utilities or other industries and industry knowledge
  • Multiple Salesforce certifications
  • Evidence of bringing emerging solutions and innovations to deliver value for clients
  • Evidence of working in an agile manner applying leading methods and techniques such as Design Thinking
