Role: MFPField Service Technician
Location: Covering the Midlands and surrounding areas.
Job Role:
We are looking for a MFP Field Service Technician in the Midlands area area who will provide technical service to a varied range of our customers by responding to call outs and attending installs in a timely and professional manner.
You'll be responsible for achieving customer satisfaction, identifying and resolving technical faults, installing and networking MFDs on customer sites, and providing advice and training to customers.
What we are looking for:
To be successful in this position:
- You must hold a Full UK Driving Licence
- You will have a good knowledge and understanding of printers and photocopiers (Sharp & Toshiba mainly, Exposure to Epson and Ricoh advantageous)
- You will have experience in a similar position, fault finding, repairing & installing Photocopier equipment.
- You'll have plenty of experience of working with customers face-to-face and have a high level of professionalism and excellent communication and interpersonal skills whilst doing so
- You will be IT Literate
- You'll be adaptable, open to change and personal development, you'll be passionate about upskilling yourself with our support
- You'll have a team mindset and will enjoy contributing to a wider goal
