Field Service Engineer
The Company specializes in Detection & X-Ray Systems within the Airport Baggage Handling sector. Systems installation, commissioning, maintenance planned and preventative, repair and diagnostics.
They are looking for an outstanding Field Service Engineer who is able to step into an established global organisation and hit the ground running.
This Service Engineer, offers a wide perspective of all market arenas at Gatwick Airport.
Working days Monday to Friday (normal office hours) and on a call out weekend rota based from home when required.
Responsibilities :
- Working within the airport on different system and machines
- To be able to work and get the job done
- Working within tight timeframes
- Dealing with Electronic and Mechanical jobs
(Please note: Due to this role being within the airport and working on critical equipment this role requires someone who is able to stay and get a job finished no matter how long it takes (overtime will be paid.)
Essential Requirements :
- Recognised National Electrical/Electronics Based qualification.
- At least 2 year's experience in an electronics and/or field servicing customer facing role.
- Full valid driving licence
- Airside Pass clearance security check will be compulsory
