Hours: 7am – 3.30pm, Monday to Friday Plus Overtime
Salary: Dependant on experience
LGR Crane Services are looking for a Crane Service Engineer to join our team in our expanding busy workshop. Based in Goole we are a well-established company, have an excellent reputation with our industry and pride ourselves in the quality of our work. The successful applicant will be involved in the maintenance and repair of Mobile Tower Cranes, Mobile cranes and associated plant as required.
This is a Hybrid position, allowing engineers to be home based for the majority of the week, giving the opportunity for those who are more remote to apply.
Main Duties
- Carry out routine maintenance and servicing.
- Diagnosis and rectification of malfunctions in electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Regional travel as required for breakdowns.
- Carry out modifications to cranes.
- Ensuring company procedures are followed.
- Ensuring all digital paperwork is completed correctly.
- Representing the company in a professional manner at all times.
- Health & Safety compliant.
Experience
- Experience in maintaining Mobile or Tower Cranes is desirable.
- Knowledge of pneumatic/hydraulic/electrical systems.
- Experience in maintaining and service plant machinery at least, is essential.
- NVQ Level 3 in Heavy Vehicles/Plant Machinery or equivalent.
- Be able to provide digital reports via tablet (provided).

- Willingness to learn and develop skills.
- Strong work ethic.
- Full UK Driving license.

Salary: £13.50-£18.50 per hour
