Job Title: Plumbing Mobile Building Services Engineer
Based At: Peterborough and the surrounding areas
Reports To: Line Manager
Purpose of Job
To carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance and Reactive Repairs to building services within commercial, industrial buildings and factory environments.
Key Responsibilities
1 Carry out plumbing breakdowns and repairs to industry standards
2 Ensure that Planned Preventative Maintenance is carried out in line with task schedules and industry best practices.
3 Identify any defects found to Line Manager and provide parts list and estimated timescale to carry out remedial works.
4 Attend site and carry out reactive repairs as instructed by administration team.
5 To undertake minor plumbing installation works.
6 Ensure the provision of a Safe & Healthy working environment.
7 Maintain the professional image of the Leeton Group of companies
8 Establish and maintain a good working relationship with all Leeton employees and clients’ representatives.
Accountabilities
1 Accountable to the Operations Manager.
2 Working collaboratively as part of the facilities team.
Person Specification
Education: A good basic education is essential
Good written and spoken English
Basic mathematical skills.
Recognised technical qualifications
Training: Level 2 plumbing qualifications, (essential)
Knowledge of other building services an advantage.
Experience: (Essential)
Working to Planned Preventative Maintenance Regimes,
Fault finding and repair of building services.
Knowledge of lone working requirements,
Risk Assessment trained.
(Desirable)
IPAF (MEWB 1A & 3B)
PASMA
Level 3 Plumbing
Unvented Hot Water Cylinders
Character: Committed to the delivery of excellent customer service.
Able to work under pressure.
Able to make sound decisions when needed.
Good communication skills
A team player.
Circumstances: Must be available to join a call out rota.
Driving Licence is essential.

Salary £30,160.00 per annum,
Days of Work 5 days per week, from Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 4.30pm.
Benefits 22 days paid holidays,
A company vehicle will be provided.
