Role Overview

The adventure begins in Manchester, where you'll join a passionate team of Field Sales Executives. They're not just salespeople, they're broadband heroes, delivering fast and reliable connectivity one community at a time! You'll be part of a dynamic, driven team that champions excellent customer service, providing high-quality and affordable broadband solutions.

As a Trainee Community Sales Executive, you'll get to network, foster relationships and help in expanding our client's brand footprint. All while learning, growing, and having a blast!

Responsibilities

  • Champion the Company's services to potential customers with your engaging personality.
  • Keep the customer service bar high and exceed expectations.
  • Show off your organisational and time management superpowers.
  • Stay ahead of the game with a comprehensive understanding of the Company's products and services.

Requirements

  • A proactive, "can-do" attitude. Superheroes are always ready for action!
  • Stellar customer service skills. Make every customer interaction memorable!
  • Time-management and organisational skills as sharp as a ninja!

Rewards

  • Starting salary of £20,000, jumping to £25,000 after three months of training, plus commission (so the sky's the limit), with an OTE of £46k.
