MyDDpoints is the UK’s fastest growing digital loyalty programme, that rewards you for shopping with your favourite local independent stores, restaurants and other businesses who benefiting from Loyalty program. We are looking for a professional, skilled, dynamic, and energetic team player to join our sales team across UK to fill the vacancies of Field sales Executives. You will be responsible to develop robust sales strategies to attract potential customers and retain existing ones in allocated territorial. The position will offer a basic salary plus attractive uncapped commission to the successful candidates.
As a successful salesperson, you will be sourcing new clients signup and close deals to achieve your sales targets. You will be playing a vital role in increasing the revenues by signing up new clients and working closely with marketing team to increase penetration of our services to Client and customers.

Key Responsibilities: -
- Converting prospects into successful customers through customer sales methods such as door-to-door, cold calling, and presentations
- Visiting existing clients and new potential clients on the high street from various sectors including retail, hospitality, and wholesale to gain new businesses.
- Obtaining referrals from the existing clients to approach new clients.
- Understanding the client needs and keeping the clients satisfied with MyDDpoints software.
- Maintaining good business relationships with new and existing clients.
- Ensuring the company products and promotional material are displayed according to company guidelines, and seasonal trends.
- Assisting the partners to sell their products through visual merchandising and offering advice to partners on maximising sales.
- Maintaining a high level of product and service knowledge.
- Ensuring initial and continued client training on the product and its features.
- Coordinating with Account Managers on field visits and managing the clients.
- Making the clients to have regular promotions and deals using the product.
- Creating sales targets to clients and working to meet them individually and as a team
Skills & Qualifications
- Great confidence and the ability to accept rejection and maintain a positive mindset.
- A competitive spirit with a passion for selling.
- In-depth understanding of an organisation’s products and unique selling facts
- Active listening skills and the ability to understand the customer’s needs
- Solid experience in a B2B and B2C sales environment but B2C not mandatory
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and resilience to transmit passion during a sales interview
- Proficiency with computer software and Microsoft Office with Excellent data analysis skills
- A full Driving Licence with vehicle
- Multilingual is preferable, Languages such as Hindi, Urudu, Tamil, Turkish, Bengali etc.
- Knowledge of the local area would be an advantage but is not mandatory.

Salary: £20,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
