Salary Range: £50,000-£60,000

About you:

As an experienced product and CRM marketer, you will know how to use data to segment, personalise, create, and deliver marketing programs that deliver product-adoption and understanding.


You’ll know how to drive activation, retention, referrals, and revenue by building and executing end-to-end customer journeys and campaigns in our cross-channel marketing platform, Iterable.


You’ll be eager to join a purpose driven and collaborative high performing team with responsibility for delivering on some of our companies most important objectives.


About the Job
:


  • Ensure a strong connection between the Marketing, Product and Data teams.
  • Turn insights and learnings from CRM campaigns into valuable actions while exploring creative ways to experiment.
  • Identify and advocate for product improvements to increase product adoption and deepen product usage.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, customer service and operations teams to improve the overall customer experience.
  • Build, execute and refine programs with CRM segmentation, in-app personalisation and product recommendations including setting out KPIs and giving insights on various campaigns and deliverability via Iterable.
  • Perform root cause analysis for lifecycle campaign execution issues and recommend preventive actions including cookie strategy/process, consents/preferences.
  • Shape our marketing tech stack, including implementing and maximising Iterable’s technical capabilities, so that we can derive actionable insights and outcomes across marketing attribution, channel performance, and campaign reporting.
  • Liaise with the Tech team and 3rd party providers when required.



You should apply if you have:

  • 5+ years’ experience in product and/or lifecycle marketing.
  • A head for data and the ability to interrogate it to build your own hypotheses.
  • A self-starting, curious and roll-up-your-sleeves approach.
  • Experience in early-stage/scale-up companies with B2C apps.
  • A thorough and extensive working knowledge of Iterable or an equivalent CRM platform.
  • A high level of attention to detail and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
  • Worked in a complex business with multiple products and features serving a wide range of customer needs.
  • A desire to experiment, can do scrappy but always with an eye on delivering sustainable/scalable growth.
  • Experience working in a regulated environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
