This is a fantastic opportunity to join a Growing Business and a supportive team. It is a great role for someone looking for the next step in their career. Typical day in the life of the Care Supervisor / Field Support Supervisor Visit a client and their Care Professionalgiver for a support visit and stay a bit longer around a cuppa as they both have so much to say. Training a new member of the team with a new piece of equipment. Organising and attending a meeting with a client and her family to review the service and making sure her needs are met. Having a supervision with a Caregiver, spending time with them to make sure they are feeling great about their job and the clients they support. Attending a Team meeting with Care Professionals to share best practice about a client. Brainstorming with the Care Manager and other care supervisors about the best care professional match for a new client. And more important feeling part of the most amazing team that is always happy to help each other. Qualifications You are ambitious and look for to grow with us. You have a good understand of person centred care and the positive impact it has on people's quality of life. You believe like us that working in care is a very qualified job that requires some unique people skills. You have a big heart and love feeling a supportive team around you You have people management and communication skills to support and coach our fantastic team of Care professionals.
