Salary: £24,000 – £32,000 DOE
Reporting to: Implementation and Support Engineer Team Leader

The Role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, energetic and self-motivated team player with experience of working in an exciting, fast-paced environment to join our Engineering team.
You will promote the importance of customer needs blended with the strategic needs of the business. You will ensure the quality of SLAs and service, maximising output and ensuring efficiency is met/exceeded.
This role focuses significantly on improving customer service delivery, brand loyalty and the market perception of Enreach.
Key Responsibilities as a Field Telephony Engineer
- Answer customer support queries via telephone, email and our support ticketing system and escalate where needed
- Installation of on-site cabling & equipment, including PBX and cloud-based technology
- Maintenance visits for fault repairs
- Surveying of potential new customers or additional work for existing customers
- Keeping our remote access databases up to date with backups and access information
- Deliver outstanding customer experience at all times
Who we’re looking for:
- The talented individual will be an accomplished professional with a demonstrable record of achievement who enjoys challenges, working to tight deadlines and has a can-do attitude
- A professional who has the ability to work on their own as well as part of a team
- Meticulous approach with effective written and oral communication
- Proven telephony support skills
- Ability to work to work to deadlines
- Willing and able to adjust to multiple demands and shifting priorities
- Excellent customer service and organisation skills
- Networking knowledge, experience of routers/Wi-Fi/switches and service of a technical nature
- Skills in Avaya, NEC, Panasonic, Samsung or hosted telephony would be advantageous but not necessary to have all systems
