You'll have the following responsibilities
- Spearhead and motivate an engineering team that is passionate about delivering in a quality, efficient and safe manner.
- Adopt a ‘work safe home safe’ environment.
- Execute and deliver on all end-to-end customer outcomes and programmes.
- Engage with your team to agree on goals and set challenging operational targets that underpin the wider business goals.
- Accountable for the P&L, CAPEX bottom line profitability and delivery across the patch.

You'll need to have the following skills & experience
- Demonstrate the ability to inspire and motivate a large operational team (40+)
- Results driven-a proven track recorded or leading operation teams whilst balancing quality, quantity and behavioural change
- Strong stakeholder management
- Ability to prioritise tasks and projects that align with your overall goals and objectives.
- Encourage collaboration and teamwork to align everyone towards a common goal and provides a framework for drawing conclusions.
