If you've always wanted to work at sea but prefer the idea of sleeping in your own bed at the end of a shift, then it's time to join our team as one of our Ferry Services Assistants.

About the Role:

• You’ll provide advice and assistance to our passengers, and be there to help with any customer feedback, adhering to our company policy at all times
• Help to prepare, cook and serve hot meals and beverages from our menu
• Assist with the washing up of all light-equipment from the food servery and galley
• Operate the tills and cash handling
• Help to keep all the passenger and staff areas clean and tidy
• Assist with the storing and de-storing of the boat every day

About You:

• Safety is our first priority, so you'll need a safety conscious mind at all times
• You'll have a friendly and approachable manner and have a real passion for delivering excellent customer service
• You'll be a great team player - all hands-on deck!
• You'll be able to work under pressure during busy periods
• Our ferries run to a timetable so timekeeping and reliability are a must!
• Have a desire to exceed in your role

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

Salary: £10.75 per hour
