Lifeway's is UK’s leading providers of support services for people with diverse and often complex needs in the community, supported living and residential settings.
Full time, and bank positions are available supporting adults with Learning Disabilities, in a supported living setting at our service in Sheffield.
Our Service Users are at the heart of everything we do at Lifeway's. Your job as a Support Worker is to ensure our Service Users lead valued and fulfilling lives, helping them to reach their potential and achieve to the best of their ability.
You may support them to go to work, do personal tasks, do household jobs or enjoy their favourite hobby, through to more exciting tasks such as moving into their own home for the first time or planning a holiday.
Your role will be varied and no two days will be the same. Whether you’re new to supporting people or have years of experience, you will get the training and support you need to do your job really well, through our learning and development programme.
No experience is necessary, as we are looking for people with the right values and attitude. You will work together with people’s family, friends and the professionals who get involved in their lives.
Together you will support the person to enable them to live independently and achieve their ambitions.
Lifeway's offer career development, local work, induction training, regular refresher training, supervision and employee recognition. Previous experience is an advantage but is not essential as training is provided.

Salary: £10.42 per hour
