What you will need to bring to the role:
· A positive and proactive attitude
· Ability to keep calm under pressure
· To be sensitive to peoples differing emotional needs within different situations
· A sense of humour
· A fully flexible approach, you will be expected to work on a rota system including evenings, weekends and bank holidays
· The ability to work as part of a team and to learn from the people around you
· The confidence to work independently
· Good communication skills
· Ability to follow a written support plan and to use your own initiative
