Job description
I am a 40 year old disabled married woman looking to recruit 1 personal assistant urgently for immediate start to work a variety of different shifts starting training this Sunday due to a regular staff member falling sick. A good work ethic and work flexibility is essential, particularly for the first 4 weeks as you fit in to an existing team of personal assistants who provide me with round the clock care. Rate of pay: £15 per hour. £19 per hour on Sundays.
This week the following shifts are required to work:
Monday 5.30pm to 11:30pm
Tuesday 5:30 to 11:30pm
Thursday 7:15pm to 2am
Possibility of needing to work:
Friday 2pm to 12am
Saturday. 2pm to 12am.
Once the regular staff member has returned to work, you will work a 10 hour shift every week every Wednesday, Thursday and one chosen 10 hour shift at weekends with the possibility of more shifts available. Start time will vary between 2pm and 4pm. End time will very between 12am and 2am. Applicants must be able to arrange their own transportation to get safely home at night.
Applicants must be flexible to work when needed to cover other personal assistants sickness.
Applicants must not work in a care home or hospital due to my severely weakened immune system.

I am looking for a personal assistant to help with general housekeeping, able to cook basic nutritious meals, do shopping, run errands and has excellent cleaning and housekeeping skills. Able to do laundry, ironing, cleaning and resolve any issues that arise around the house when needed without being asked. Demonstrating initiative is important.
I have seizures and painful daily muscle spasms so need my muscles rubbing/massaging every day. This is a vital part of the job but very easy to learn and is training provided.
Please mention in your application if you have any previous massage experience.
Supporting me through partial seizures is also a vital part of the job, training also provided. A calm empathic manner is needed to help support me through this.
Must possess good quality administration skills, a good telephone manner and obtaining medications from an overtaxed NHS system and re arranging appointments when needed. Tasks and responsibilities are subject to evolve over time.

Guaranteed salary £23,400 per year. Salary goes up to £31,200 per year if additional shifts worked. Payment made monthly via payroll by bank account transfer. Choose to work pay as you earn or self employed.
