Earn Up to $250.00 Per Day!! Kukla Logistics is looking for fantastic people to join our team as a FedEx Ground Driver. FedEx Contractor seeks full time/part time/weekend only delivery drivers to deliver packages in the Manitowo Terminal. Qualifications: Must be at least 21 years old with a valid non-probationary driver’s license and good driving history. DOT Certification required within 14 days of hiring - training and certification paid for by us! Loves to drive and is passionate about customer service. Able to lift packages (up to 100 lbs.) and be able to get in and out of a truck quickly throughout the day. Candidates will be requested to engage in a background check, drug test, and a DMV check.. Some weekend days required. Starting pay is $160 day (WHILE TRAINING) 220.00 Per day + Commission once training complete with incentives to increase pay, Health insurance after 90 days 401k after 6months *We do conduct background and drug test*Must have a clean driving record Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Referral program Schedule: 10 hour shift 12 hour shift 8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday Weekend availability Supplemental Pay: Bonus pay Commission pay Safety bonus Responsibilities:- Safely and efficiently operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods from the warehouse to various locations- Load and unload products using pallet jacks, forklifts, or other equipment as necessary- Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries- Verify the accuracy of orders and obtain necessary signatures upon delivery- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving- Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle Experience:- Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a related role is preferred- Proficient in using GPS devices or navigation systems to navigate routes effectively- Strong attention to detail and time management skills Note: This job description may not be all-inclusive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
