Reporting into the Senior Fashion Editor, this entry-level role sits within the Fashion Team who form part of the wider Marketing department. The Fashion Team create and oversee fashion styling content for all customer touchpoints across all ASOS channels, including Social, Homepage, Brand Partnerships, Marketing projects, Video and PR. The team work closely with Commercial, Marketing, Social and Creative teams, as well as Creative Operations.
Based in our iconic Camden office, the Fashion Sample Coordinator is responsible for the upkeep of the Fashion Studio and the processing and tracking of all product samples as they move in and out of the Fashion Team. They will work closely with the buying teams to ensure product samples are managed effectively and the Fashion Team have access to all key sample information to ensure the best experience for our customers.
What you'll be doing...
- Managing the Fashion Studio, always ensuring its well organised & prepped for shoot pre-production. You will organise styling kits, book couriers, pack & unpack suitcases for shoots, keep the workspace tidy and conduct general housekeeping
- Supporting the Fashion Team and wider Marketing Team with warehouse order requests
- Effectively manage samples coming in and out of the Fashion Studio and wider Marketing Team, keeping track of all samples and returns, managing send outs to influencers and brand returns and locating missing samples
- Support and work closely with the Fashion Assistant and Senior Fashion Assistant to ensure the smooth running of the wider team
- Assisting with general fashion team administration and housekeeping such as spreadsheets, pre-production packs etc
- Support on any adhoc requests from the Fashion Team such as compiling mood boards, research, references, sourcing specific samples for shoots etc
- Organise commercial documents, references and research packs on the fashion team server
- Develop great relationships with Buyer’s Assistants and the Social and Talent teams
- Support the fashion team when prepping for overseas trips by managing the carnet process
- When required, assist the team on set by steaming and preparing all samples for campaign shoots

- Good Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook skills
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated, pro-active and professional
- Previous experience working in the fashion industry
