ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be responsible for managing the day to day running of the shared fashion cupboard for both Elle and Harper’s Bazaar, overseeing all aspects of the fashion merchandise and sample process, including receiving, logging and returning call-ins. In addition they will assist with shoot preparation, shoots and on page credits.
- Responsible for the management and workflow of the fashion cupboard, reporting to the Fashion Director.
- To maintain the general upkeep of the fashion cupboard, ensuring it is tidy and organised at all times.
- Overseeing the process for a high volume of merchandise call-ins/returns. Unpacking and arranging all incoming samples, and processing sample returns
- Ensuring all merchandise is booked in and out, and items are logged and tracked meticulously.
- Liaising with the post room and booking couriers for samples collection and/or returns.
- Overseeing the safe management of samples and monitor their movement between PR agencies and external studios.
- Liaising with and answering any enquiries from PR agencies, and maintaining positive relationships with all brands we work with.
- Assisting on shoot and shoot prep.
- Assisting with credit research and supplying credits for editorial pages.
- Assisting with shoot run-through sample preparations when required. Working alongside the fashion team and fashion assistants as assisting them where required.

- Motivated, organised and reliable with a current knowledge and understanding of fashion brands.
- Exceptional communication skills and a flexible, proactive approach to work A team player who is eager to learn, with a polite and friendly manner
