Award winning PURE Residential, is seeking a talented and motivated Sales & Design Coordinator to join our team. The Sales & Design Coordinator will play a crucial role in providing exceptional client service and overseeing the design process for new home and renovation projects.
Qualifications:
- Design or decorating designation (e.g. interior design, decorating, etc.)
- Strong experience in new home and renovation projects, with a keen eye for design details
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Proven time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with site supervisors, production team, and trade partners to ensure smooth project coordination
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of the design center, ensuring it is well-maintained and stocked with up-to-date materials
- Create detailed change orders and review detailed drawings for design components to ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications
- Coordinate and schedule client meetings, both on-site and off-site, to discuss design options, changes, and updates
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients to keep them informed about the progress of their projects and address any questions or concerns
- Meet with prospective clients to determine the scope of work for their projects and provide expert advice on design options
- Attend company events, such as trade shows and networking functions, to promote PURE Residential and generate leads
- Ensure an exceptional client experience by providing outstanding customer service and addressing any issues or inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in design or related field is preferred
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the residential construction or design industry
- Proficiency in design software and project management tools
