Farm Workers needed in Upper Harbledown, Canterbury in Kent.
Our client is coming up to the start of their busy harvesting season; they are currently seeking hardworking, energetic and dedicated pickers to harvest and sort their crops. Farm Workers will be required on both the farm itself and in the packhouse. Starting on the 4th of September 2023 for 3 weeks.
You must live locally in Canterbury and have the right to work in the UK. No visa sponsorship is offered.
About this Seasonal Farm Worker job in Upper Harbledown, Canterbury:
- Working outside in all weathers.
- Loading bines onto the track
- Picking up any dropped hops
- Removing debris from the track
- Ensuring hops flow through the machine
- Making sure the trailer is loaded at the end of the machine.
Seasonal Farm Worker shift patterns:
- Monday to Friday, with optional weekend work.
- Machine worker roles - 7 am -6 pm
- Trailer Roles - 6:45 am - 5:45 pm
About you, the ideal Season Farm Worker:
- Able to work in all weathers.
- Comfortable with repetitive work, able to stay focused on task and maintain productivity.
- You must live locally in Canterbury and have the right to work in the UK. No visa sponsorship is offered.
