Job description
An exciting new opportunity for a Stock Person to join a progressive, family-owned farm in South Derbyshire.
We are looking for a full-time Stock Person to join our friendly team.
Farming approximately 1000 acres which is predominantly arable and dairy. The ideal candidate will have some experience working with stock but also willing to assist during the busy harvest period with the arable side of the business.
Milking 150 pedigree cows, through a herringbone parlour twice a day. The job will include some milking, general stock work and some tractor work.
We have a young, forward-thinking team, on a busy, modern, tidy, dairy farm.
Offering direct employment with good rates of pay, pension, holidays and regular weekends off, as well as opportunities for relevant courses if required.
