Farm Worker Ladybank, Scotland
Job description
Farm worker required for mixed arable and livestock farm in Fife, with a large variety of work available year-round. The successful candidate will be required to do winter ploughing & cultivation while maintaining their own machinery. You will be joining an experience workforce with plenty of room to learn and progress within the company. Driving licence is essential as you will be given your own tractor to use and maintain but will need to be able to drive any tractor in the fleet as required.

Experience:
- Previous experience working on a farm or in a similar agricultural setting is preferred
- Familiarity with operating and maintaining farm equipment is a plus
- Ability to use power tools and hand tools safely and effectively
This position requires physical stamina, as it involves heavy lifting and working outdoors in various weather conditions. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
