WHAT WE'RE TRYING TO DO:
- Produce as much delicious, nutritious food as possible with the smallest carbon footprint possible.
- Work WITH nature to increase the farms' biodiversity, bio-security and native species diversity.
- Do all we can as soon as we can to reduce the causes of human induced climate change.
- Provide low carbon footprint holidays, venue hire and host educational visits teaching about food, farming and the countryside.

LOCATION:Cronkshaw Fold Farm, Rossendale, Lancashire, England BB4 4AQ (~45 minutes North of Manchester)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Overseeing the administration and running of our glamping accommodations.
Higher levels of pay available (i.e more than the base salary of £19,750) for taking on additional management of educational group farm tours, in person and virtual visits, venue hire, produce sales and livestock care of sheep, goats, poultry and honey bees.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- PASSION for tackling climate change and producing high quality, low carbon footprint food.
- INNOVATIVE and creative mindset to food production and maintaining a healthy business.
- EFFICIENT and practical approach to undertaking accommodation changeovers between farm stay guests.
- ATTENTION TO DETAIL: Ensuring the comfort and safety of all farm stay guests throughout their stay.
- PHYSICALLY FIT & STRONG: Confident in your own physical abilities to carry large bags and push wheel barrows around the farm. (usually around 10-15kg in weight)
HOURS: Full time including alternate weekends. 2 year contract. Opportunities to extend contract for the right candidate.
PAY: £19,750.00 – £27,699.00 a year in line with previous experience and current expertise. For example: £19,750 would be offered to someone who can manage the guest accommodation but has no experience in other areas. If the employee learns to manage more, pay will increase.
Monthly bonuses are also available for successful implementation of new, innovative ideas.
HOLIDAYS: 5 weeks a year.
