Job description
We are recruiting for X3 Farm Labourers to join our team in Kirton NG22 on a temporary to permanent basis.
You will be contracted to 45 hours a week working Monday to Friday 07:00-16:00 and a few hours on the weekends in the morning.
You will be paid £11.03ph for the first 40 hours and £12.60ph for the additional 5+ hours overtime you do.
What does this role involve?
- Provide general maintenance and labouring support across the farm site including preparing and building new accomodation for livestock
- Controlling grass growth where necessary, operating handheld strimming machines and tractor mounted toppers
- Driving tractors and off-road forklifts to move equipment on site
- Erecting standard and electric fencing
The suitable candidate will:
- Be comfortable working outdoors
- Be self motivated with a strong work ethic
- Have the ability to prioritise and complete tasks in a timely manner
- Have a strong practical skillset
- Have good communication skills
- Have a UK driving licence
