Full Driving Licence is desirable but not essential.
We are recruiting for permanent Dairy Farm Labourers for our client near Dorchester.
The role will be looking after young calfs on a farm so experience working outdoors in an agricultural environment with animal welfare is desirable. PPE provided
General Labouring, Washing huts, bedding up , cleaning, disinfecting and other duties around the site.
Hours of work:
Various shifts available: 3.45am - 2pm, 2pm - 1am, 7.30pm -1am, 12pm - 6pm
Main shift hours for full time staff is Monday to Sunday: 5am - 5pm with extra hours available on a rota'd shift pattern with two rota days off each week.
2 x 1 hour unpaid breaks during the 12 hour shift
Rate of pay £10.75 per hour with room for increases as skill set improves. Basic hourly rate could easily reach over £12 per hour in the next 12 months.
55-60 hours per week available with great opportunity to save due to no accommodation and travel costs.
