Job description
We are looking for a family support worker to provide high-quality support to families with young children. Working alongside our support coordinators, you’ll be matched with a caseload of families for a limited time to provide targeted support focusing on early relationships. Providing support in families’ homes and in the community, you will need to have the use of a car to travel to families across Bolton.
Hours: 16 hours per week
Salary: NJC 5 – 6 (Currently £21,575- £21,968)
Contract: Funded to March 2025 – continuation after this subject to funding
Main Base: HOST office in Bolton. We offer a hybrid working model and flexible working across core hours.
