Job description
The BRIDGES Family Support Team supports disabled children and their families, we have 4 x 20 hour, permanent Family Support Assistant positions available.
As a Family Support Assistant, you will be a vital part of the team providing practical and personal support to disabled children. The support you would offer may be in their own homes or to enable them to get out and about.
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: £11,874.00-£13,002.00 per year
