A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled and experienced Family Partner or Senior Associate to join a prestigious top 200 law firm in Kent. As a Senior Family Solicitor with 6 years of post-qualification experience (PQE), this role offers a significant step up in your career. In this role, you will manage a manageable caseload, dealing with various aspects of mid-high net worth privately funded family matters. The firm provides ample support to ensure your success in this challenging but rewarding position. The Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate for this role is a Senior Family Solicitor, Senior Associate, or Family Partner with a minimum of 6 years PQE. You should possess ambition and a strong business development acumen. Having a client following or existing contacts in Kent would be highly advantageous, as it will contribute to the further growth and success of the family team. This role offers excellent prospects for career progression within the firm. As the firm are keen to open offices across the region, you can be based anywhere in Kent (likely close to a larger town/city such as Tunbridge Wells, Sevenoaks, Maidstone, Canterbury, Bromley or Ashford).
