Due to our growth, we are currently recruiting for a solicitor within our Family law Department based in Manchester city centre. We are recruiting for a family law solicitor and/or Cilex qualified lawyer.
This is an ideal role for an ambitious individual to grow and develop with the department. The family law work is privately funded and ranges from divorce to children-related matters. We are looking for an individual to develop the department and manage the existing caseload. The ideal candidate will have the ability to provide excellent service to current clients, generate new clients and deal with complex cases.
You will be responsible for :
- Managing a mixed caseload of private family matters
- Preparing and drafting documentation
- Keep the case management system up to date
- Handling sensitive family matters
- Court representation
- Generate new business
- Manage team members
You will have:
- Minimum 1- 2 years of experience in family law matters
- Ability to work under minimum supervision
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure to deadlines.
Salary Plus Comission/Bonus DOE

Salary: £30,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
