Thermal Comfort Solutions, a business segment of Lear Corporation, is a leader in the design and manufacture of seat heating, seat comfort system and seat ventilation solutions.
Role overview:
Maximize sales output by understanding and influencing the Customer needs with in-depth Product knowledge, clear communication, and collaboration with sales.
Main Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the company's sales team to build relationships with key customer stakeholders
- Promote the product roadmap to the customer stakeholders.
- Elicit roadmap requirements from customers and build an informed opinion on product and technology requirement trends in the region
- Tenacious drive the requirements of the regional road map to head of Product Engineering
- Execute on pre-development activities for the region
- Be the voice of the customer to the internal stakeholders
- Deliver technical training sessions to both customers and internal teams, ensuring that everyone has a thorough understanding of the electronic products
Key skills and Qualifications:
- Educated to degree level in an engineering discipline - We may also consider other qualifications, which are supported by strong relevant experience in this field.
- Technical Knowledge: A deep understanding of electronics
- Customer Focus: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentation and training Skills: Strong presentation skills to convey complex technical information
- Problem-Solving Skills: adept at analyzing problems, identifying root causes, and proposing effective solutions
- Fluent in English
