Are you interested in learning more about the role of universities in the global higher education landscape?

We are looking for a highly organised, professional and motivated personal assistant to join our Faculty Office team, supporting our Faculty’s Dean and other members of the executive leadership team, including administrative support for research activities.

About the role:

You will provide high level executive support to our Faculty’s senior management team and play a key role in enabling the delivery of the Faculty’s core strategic objectives.

This role is quite flexible, therefore we ask you to please state your preferred FTE at application stage between minimum .0.6 (21.9 hours per week) and 1.0 (36.5 hours per week). To confirm, the role is permanent but could be offered as a job share basis.

  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Experience working busy environment
  • Be able to prioritise workload

With proven experience of administration and an awareness of current initiatives and challenges in HE, you will demonstrate effective communication and excellent relationship building skills.
