Stores Operative
Owing to continued business development we have an exciting opportunity for a Stores Operator. The successful candidate will be working as part of a small team and have a very varied range of daily tasks covering all aspects of stores. Experience of working in a Stores or warehouse environment is preferred with good organisational skills and attention to detail being essential.
Main duties will include:
- Responsibility for receiving, checking and booking in all deliveries
- Ensure all stock is stored in the correct manner
- Procurement
- Liaise with suppliers and handle queries relating to delivery and stock discrepancies
- Keep a record of and report any frequent shortages or spare items
- Keep inventory management systems up to date
- Carry out regular stock takes
- Organise and deliver goods from the stores to the relevant departments as required

Currently this position is offered as 4 x 10hr shifts Mon - Thurs.
