SH Fiske is delighted to announce an opportunity to join our friendly corrugated packaging manufacturing team. We are looking to recruit a new team member for our handwork/hand finishing team.
The Company
Located at our site in Longwell Green Bristol we are a customer focused business with a reputation for dependability and quality products. Alongside completing hand finishing tasks, we are looking for a candidate to set and run our finishing machinery build pallets of product, wrap and strap products for dispatch, log time and create pallet labels using our internal management (ABACA) system. You will continuously look to improve your skills by working in a tidy, safe and professional manner maximising your time to keep within production schedules.
The Candidate
SH Fiske has invested heavily in infrastructure and machinery over the past two years looking to maximise our output and exceed our customers’ expectations. Experience in a factory environment would be favourable however not essential. Our great team has a wealth of experience that for the right candidate with the right mindset will offer full training and a brilliant start to a new career.

Speak English fluently
Possess an interest in manufacturing and “how things are made”
Be enthusiastic and willing to learn new skills and ideas.
Work within a team environment striving to hit weekly schedules and targets
Work professionally in a calm and tidy manner always keeping health and safety as a priority

07:45am – 16:30pm – Monday to Thursday
07:45am – 12:15:pm – Friday
We are flexible and open to a school hour working schedule. 9:00am / 3:00pm Monday to Thursday. 9:00am / 12:15pm on Friday’s.
20 days holiday + Bank Holidays and Christmas shutdown. We shut down on the last working day before Christmas and resume on the first working day of January. (A small number of your holidays are allocated to this time.)
