Job description
Abodus Living are a leading private student accommodation provider, with sites all across the UK.
We are looking for a pro-active and passionate person to join our Assets and Estates team. They will support the team by managing records, tracking action items and providing process related reports.
· Create and compile weekly and monthly reports, ensuring accuracy of information
· Ensure invoicing and quotes are managed and tracked
· Liaise with external suppliers to ensure a fully tracked procurement process
· Analyse, collate and enter data into spreadsheets and software systems
· Update and maintain budgets and P&Ls
· Co-ordinate Asset & Estate projects with site teams
· Support the Asset Manager with administration tasks
· Support the team with overseeing some aspects of the Health & Safety Management system
Essential Requirements
· Experience in an administrative/support role
· Extensive knowledge of Microsoft office, particularly microsoft Excel
· Strong attention to detail
· Knowledge of asset / property management
· Excellent organisational skills
· Awareness of H&S compliance and ESG
· Ability to work on multiple tasks / projects
Desirable
· Understanding of asset lifecycle
· Knowledge of supply chains
· Knowledge of PBSA
· Pro-active in recognising where support is required
About the role
This will be a work from home position. Occasional Travel to sites will be required as part of the role, which includes the busy summer period. This will require hands on work, and will include working check in and out weekends. Prior notice will be given.
The position is home-based but the wider team are based in Leeds, Hull and Derby, so proximity to these cities is preferable.
You will work closely with the Assets manager (based in Leeds) and will need to be flexible in your approach, carrying out additional duties as the business requires.

Location required: Anywhere Midlands up to Lancashire.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £27,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
