One of the UK's largest and most prestigious Facilities Management (FM) providers are now looking for a Technical Services Manager to join a major contract for an insurance company client, their portfolio consist of critical, and non critical working environments across the UK, with a bias to London.
Reporting to the Head of Technical on the account, you will be responsible for the delivery of technical services spanning M&E, Fabric and small projects, managing site based engineers and supervisors, ensuring work meets SFG20 compliance plus H&S targets.
While the role is originally a 12 month FTC we are hopeful this will be made permanent.

Actions will include:
- Maintain a PPM schedule that meets contractual and legal obligations based on SFG20 Guidelines and Manufacturers recommendations
- Support and advice Facilities Manager in the control of PPM activities.
- Support and advice Facilities Manager in the management of remedial works
- Quantify corrective actions
- Validate Quotes
- Review Method Statements
- Provide support to FM through the duration of works
- Manage and implement the Safe System of Works
- Authorising Person for Electrical Works
- Training and assessment of Competent Persons and Site Responsible Persons
- Maintain AssessNet Risk assessment and Method Statement Data Bases for Account
- Support FMs in management of SSoW and RAMS
We need from you:
- A strong M&E background plus leadership experience

Salary: £55,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
