Facilities Manager - Plymouth - Soft Services

- Very good experience of Soft FM building services management
- A basic working knowledge of Hard FM building services management
- Management experience
- IOSH Certificate
- Experience in developing and maintaining very good client relationships
- A good knowledge of health and safety
- Experience of working to agreed service level agreements in an FM environment
- Full UK Driving licence
- Plymouth
Main Purpose of role
- To manage the delivery of soft FM facilities services.
- To be responsible for the delivery of soft FM services such as security, catering and cleaning
- There will be some requirement for hard services delivery - however mostly it will be Soft Services
- Maintain a superb working relationship with the on site client.
- Take full responsibility for the implementation of health and safety compliance
- Ensure that agreed service level agreements are met.
- Management of Soft Service FM staff - such as cleaners, catering staff and security guards
£52,000 per annum - Monday to Friday - Days
