Job Responsibilities:
The Facilities Manager is responsible to
- All maintenance aspects in House
- House preventive maintenance plan
- Safekeeping of all maintenance related document
- Maintain complete knowledge at all times of 1) House layout and facilities; 2) H&S regulations; 3) House preventive maintenance plan; 4) Maintenance services calendar; 5) House maintenance files and records; 6) Maintenance of all appliances used in House; 7) All in House systems such as security access system, gas, electricity, water, boiler, AV, AC, lifts, pool, Spa, wine cellar, appliance, security system, fire alarm system, etc.; 8) Garden and fish pond maintenance; 9) Contact lists of suppliers and sub-contractors; 10) Principals’ preferences and expectations
Job Requirement:
- City and Guilds Level 3 Certificate in Engineering
- BS7671 18th edition Certificate
- Knowledge in all aspects of maintenance, especially in electrical, plumbing and mechanical areas
- Experience of working with BMS system
- Experience of working with large range of contractors
- 5 years working experience in 5 star luxury hotels or UNHW families
- Flexible, self-motivated and hard-working
- Strong team player but can work independently
