Workplace Support Coordinator JD
Main Duties:
You will create a memorable and lasting experience by delivering exemplary customer service
to the building users.
- Meeting and greeting visitors at Reception
- Regular floor walks, engaging with clients at their desks
- Logging work orders to request maintenance
- Communicating with clients online and responding to feedback
- Answering emails
- Preparing meeting rooms/office space for a range of uses, including setting up,
- Support the Work Place Hub in delivering a variety of services including stationary and
- Signage preparation, printing, and displaying
- Responding to emails and client queries online
- Porterage
Person Specification:
You are friendly and professional and work tirelessly to ensure that colleagues in the building are given an exemplary customer experience. You will are comfortable to start a conversation with strangers.
We seek people with the following skills and experience:
- Genuine enthusiasm for providing the highest standard of customer service at all times
- Good teamwork skills and a dedicated team player
