Our team is responsible for leading the interface between Facilities Management and what our business needs across both our Filton and Newport sites. No two days will be the same - you will get to work with various parts of the business to discuss areas for improvements, and shall take the lead on a portfolio of small projects which will make a big impact across both our sites. This role will be both challenging and rewarding.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM

  • You shall be responsible for raising the overall standard of the site in terms of what colleagues see when they come onto site.- Working with site leadership team and colleagues to identify site priorities and effective delivery plan.

  • Work with Site Facilities Business Partner and Building custodians to define and lead the introduction of an effective Site & Building Process confirmation routine and action follow-up

  • Act as the local voice of Facilities Management at Site level multidisciplinary groups where required i.e Bio-Diversity and Well-being

  • Provide support to the Facilities Business Partner to own reactive/unplanned issues that arise across site

  • Support other UK sites as necessary

  • Contribute to Facilities Management Site, national & transnational process improvements /transformation.


ABOUT YOU

  • You will have gained experience from within Facilities Management or similar industry such as Construction or Buildings & Real Estate

  • You will have experience of managing and delivering a portfolio of projects

  • You will be comfortable providing Project updates and reporting

  • You must have the ability to build effective working relationships with key contributors on site
