Our team is responsible for leading the interface between Facilities Management and what our business needs across both our Filton and Newport sites. No two days will be the same - you will get to work with various parts of the business to discuss areas for improvements, and shall take the lead on a portfolio of small projects which will make a big impact across both our sites. This role will be both challenging and rewarding.
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM
You shall be responsible for raising the overall standard of the site in terms of what colleagues see when they come onto site.- Working with site leadership team and colleagues to identify site priorities and effective delivery plan.
Work with Site Facilities Business Partner and Building custodians to define and lead the introduction of an effective Site & Building Process confirmation routine and action follow-up
Act as the local voice of Facilities Management at Site level multidisciplinary groups where required i.e Bio-Diversity and Well-being
Provide support to the Facilities Business Partner to own reactive/unplanned issues that arise across site
Support other UK sites as necessary
Contribute to Facilities Management Site, national & transnational process improvements /transformation.
ABOUT YOU
You will have gained experience from within Facilities Management or similar industry such as Construction or Buildings & Real Estate
You will have experience of managing and delivering a portfolio of projects
You will be comfortable providing Project updates and reporting
You must have the ability to build effective working relationships with key contributors on site
