Facilities Management Graduate
Location: Carnoustie - Carlogie Primary School
Contract: Full time, Fixed Term 2 Years

Your new role:
What you’ll do:
- Deliver and monitor the Service Delivery Plans and KPIs - monitoring resource levels to meet contract requirements.
- Facilitate the development of robust ‘risk management’ processes and procedures.
- Support the Continuous Improvement Programme and identify issues to drive forward contract development.
- Encourage, coach, support and manage the effective performance of people and develop them to meet the contract requirements.
- Support in the Management of regional budgets to ensure contract activity is completed to time and cost.
- Monitor audits of works in progress and completed works.
- Implement Robertson’s integrated policies on Quality and Health & Safety – ensuring defined H&S responsibilities and accountability are established and regular reviews are undertaken.
- To develop relations and collaboration with client management teams to ensure delivery of contract.
- The reporting of performance against contractual performance indicators
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Facilities management, engineering, or a related field.
- A methodical approach.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- Basic Health and Safety knowledge.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in relevant computer programmes (Microsoft Word, Excel etc)
The successful candidate will require a Disclosure Check prior to starting in the role.

We are looking for a passionate Graduate to work as part of a flexible team, who will be dedicated to their studies and applying this to their day-to-day role. You will have excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn and develop is essential.
